邱成军:1965年3月生人,博士、教授,米乐官方版固体电子学与微电子学博士生导师,1993年7月获得米乐官方版硕士学位,2005年10月获得哈尔滨工程大学博士学位,黑龙江省重点学科微电子学与固体电子学后备带头人。现任米乐官方版校级重点实验室--集成电路设计与系统实验室主任,电子工程学院集成电路设计与集成系统专业负责人,电子科学与技术专业党支部书记。获省科技进步奖1项, 获哈尔滨市第十届青年科技奖1项。主持省级以上课题5项,承担了国家自然基金课题2项,973子课题2项,863课题2项。申请中国发明专利3项,近五年发表论文50余篇,主编教材2部。

1983年9月-1987年7月米乐官方版物理系半导体专业学习,获学士学位;
1990年9月-1993年9月米乐官方版物理系微电子学与固体电子学学习,获硕士学位;
2001年9月-2005年10月哈尔滨工程大学材料学专业学习,获博士学位;
2005年11月—2009年12月, 北京理工大学材料科学与工程流动工作站。
