潘清江,1976年7月生,教授、博士生导师,博士(后),教育部新世纪优秀人才、黑龙江省青年科技奖获得者、黑龙江省省级领军人才梯队带头人。主要从事纳米复合材料催化、锕系分子科学和光电功能材料设计等方面的研究工作,在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Chem. Eng. J.、Nature Commun.、Chem.Commun.、Carbohydrate Polymers、Chem. Eur. J.、Inorg. Chem.等期刊上发表署名第一作者和/或通讯作者SCI收录论文近140篇。作为负责人完成和在研国家自然科学基金4项、教育部基金3项、黑龙江省自然科学基金2项、省教育厅和人社厅项目5项;作为骨干成员参与教育部创新团队发展计划、黑龙江省“头雁”团队、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划重点项目等5项国家级基金。作为第一获奖人,获黑龙江省科学技术奖(自然类)二等奖、黑龙江省青年科技奖获、黑龙江省高校科学技术奖一等奖各1次;参与《结构化学》黑龙江省精品课程建设(第3位)。担任“高分子化学与物理”黑龙江省省级领军人才梯队带头人、黑龙江省化学会理事和黑龙江省核学会理事、中国化学会高级会员和中国核学会会员。
